1.1. Downloadable products, such as e-books, instructional videos, and software tools, are non-refundable. Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be issued.

2.1. For supported training programs, refunds can be requested under the following conditions:

  • Details of the training program for which you are requesting a refund.

2.4. Processing Time: Refunds for supported training programs will be processed within 4 business days from the date of the refund request approval.

3.1. For software services, including login creation for digital services, refunds will not be issued once the login credentials have been created or provided to the user.
